Raven girl-Muninn

Augh, why did I start this at such a small size and resolution? So it will remain in this rough (but still pleasant) state... but I *will* draw another one. I think I'm falling into a style now. I'm happy with it, for the most part, though I'm looking for ways to be more stylized too, and move away from looking just "anime".

I recently had a dream where I was in the role of this raven-form being who was a medium between the physical world and the world of gods and demons. She and her friend or brother were being hunted by someone who wanted to contact a demon named Saab. Sounds like some Egyptian god name but I should've expected my brain was just making stuff up when I looked up the name on Google the next morning. Anyway, at some point in the dream she transformed into this human form. Or at least I think that's pretty much what she looked like.

Why the name Muninn? Well... two ravens in contact with gods and mortals... if you know a bit about Norse mythology, Huginn and Muninn (though and memory) are two ravens who travel Midgard every day and return to the arms of Odin to whisper all that they saw into his ears.

Okay, I also wanted to draw someone who looked like the ridiculously pretty Zooey Deschanel. Or some cross between her and Maria de Medeiros.
